Negatives: Dirty carpets, elevator broken, waited 15 minutes to check in because no one was at the front desk

Negatives: ELEVATOR IS BROKEN. NO ESTIMATE ON WHEN IT WILL BE OPERATIONAL. Dispute with the elevator vendor. No one on staff would help take bags up the stairs! Breakfast was poor. Example: microwaveable oat meal but no microwave oven. Coffee cup lids did not fit the cups. Very little choice. Only thing warm was the toast.

Negatives: Everything was dirty , elevator broken, first room shower would not turn off had to move rooms , pool was so dirty not able to swim , neighbor was screaming vulger things to her kids and locked them out in the hall at one point horrible

Negatives: Room towel rack hanging, Breakfast was small for the price of the room. I am not a egg person.

Negatives: I was really taken aback by how run-down and dirty the hotel was in the common areas. The elevator is out of order, so we all had to take the stairs. This wasn't an issue for me, but I was concerned about how elderly guests and folks who require ADA accommodations were able to make it to their rooms. The carpet in the common areas was abysmal - stained and dirty. One room's used room service dishes stayed out in the hall the entirety of my stay. Inside the room, the deadbolt on the door was broken, as was the refrigerator which overheated and did not work. The coffee machine was missing the coffee pot. Any time somebody walked outside on the walkway in front of my room, it made a lot of noise. This didn't bother me much because I am able to sleep through a lot, but I can imagine folks who have sensitivities to noise would have been disturbed. There did not seem to be good communication amongst the front desk staff. I requested a wake-up call the first morning that did not happen, and various people told me different things about arranging for a late check out. This was also not communicated to the housekeeping staff, who tried to enter my room twice during the extra hours I had paid for, interrupting an online class I was trying to lead for work. I know that they are working on renovating the building. I suspect that once this is done, the overall experience will be better here.

Negatives: This property has no elevator which is very inconvenient when you’re placed in the fourth floor. Also, we wanted room service and were told the stoves didn’t work!! We had to order DoorDash. For the price I expected better .

Negatives: The building and rooms are old. It doesn’t look as new as what it shows in the photo

Negatives: It was very dirty, very different from what they advertise. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. So not worth what I paid for it. Horrible stained carpets, the room smelled, sink and tub leaking.

Negatives: All elevators inoperable.

Negatives: Everything seemed dirty to the lobby to the stairs. Elevators are broken, so my disabled husband and mother in law had to use stairs. It's definitely a false advertisement from what the picture shows. Will never stay here again. That's for sure

Negatives: No elevators working, musty room, dirty common areas. It was a mess.
