Negatives: If checking in late, the parking garage entrance can be tricky to find.

Negatives: No complimentary breakfast or coffee.

Negatives: Check-in at 4:00 meant we were navigating rush-hour traffic while trying to find on-street parking. BTW, that was impossible, pay for the underground parking, easily worth the peace of mind. Important to note that the person messaging me as we were trying to check in was extremely quick to respond and very accommodating. So we had someone holding our hand while getting into the building. If it had been me along trying to do all this, rather than my husband driving and me texting, it would have been dicey.

Negatives: The first room I was given smelled of cigarette smoke but they gave me another room that was much better.

Negatives: being given a spoon and a knife for my carry out dinner of salmon and NO FORK. being told i HAD to have the carrots w/the dinner because "it was all together" and I couldn't substitute any other vegetable or lettuce in the kitchen -- it wasn't. the whole carrots were lying on top and could have easily been swapped out. every single available outlet in the main room did not work except for the lamp right by the bed, so i had to plug the coffee pot, my phone and my laptop into that one outlet. having a remote for the TV. banging all nite long due to the hallway door not being sealed and closing properly -- there was a gap around the entire door of about 1/2 inch so every hallway sound was in my ear, in spite of ear plugs. no insulation between rooms so i heard the guy next door's entire phone conversation, the banging of him in bed against the wall we shared, getting up at 4am, etc. only cups for tea, water, etc were baby cups far too small to make a cup of tea in -- even in the restaurant!
