Negatives: Christie Digital use this property a lot. I arrived late and was told that bottles of water were only given to VIP guests, I arrived with several colleagues and some of them met the criteria the rest of us did not. I am a lifetime Platinum with Marriott, if Hyatt is trying to win some of that business- you just failed.

The staff was notified and he did everything he could to assist us, including comping our room because there was no solution until 10:30 AM the next morning.
