Nice location and staff was very friendly and helpful. When I said I would need to be gone before breakfast began the next morning, he let me into the breakfast room to get it the night before.

Bed was far too soft and breakfast started a bit late for a weekday.

Great for short stay.
Positives:
I loved the location. It was in the Davis downtown area and close enough to restaurants and amenities but far enough to where it was quiet and conveniently located across the street from a store and Black Bear Diner.
Negatives:
The only complaint that I have is that there was only one roll of toilet paper in my room (no spare roll). I had to ask front desk for an extra one.

Cocroach in the room. Fridge was filthy was turned off and smelled bad. Tub didn't drain properly, took forever to empty. Breakfast was meager compared to other Best Western properties. Over priced.

The location was great, room size was fine and the breakfast definitely did the job in the mornings. Staff were very helpful too.
Negatives:
It’s was very basic but you pay for what you get. The towels and sheets were stained and nothing in the gym room worked.
The worst thing is that it there was someone in a room next to you the walls were so thin you can literally here their conversation
