Negatives: No. Everything was great

Negatives: dirty floors, they need to mop it.

Negatives: The moment we walked through the door, a cockroach flew from the wall to on top of one of the beds. There were several species of flying insects in the room, the room itself did not appear to be clean, and we did not go near the beds in fear of bedbugs. We checked out within the hour and left our keys with the clerk. In this process, we have only managed to get a $12 refund, which is ridiculous considering, the poor conditions we encountered.

Negatives: There were roaches EVERYWHERE

Negatives: The pool was closed. There was no coffee machine or kettle. There were no shower gels etc. only a couple of bars of soap.

Negatives: keep up with plumbing .

Negatives: I didn't like the fact that after I had paid for the room when I arrived at the hotel I was surprised by the clerk that I had to pay a security deposit for 50.00 in order to be able to get the room which I had already paid for and because I didn't know that I was going to be charged on top of what I had already paid for I was denied my room and I had to drive under medication cause I had just been released from the hospital from having knee surgery and I was in pain and the clerk witnessed my condition but was not allowed to waive the extra 50.00 security deposit I drove 30 minutes back home risking I would get in an accident cause I was denied my room.they need to post that in big print in their advertising of the hotel

Negatives: There was a bum walking around in the parking lot and started cussing at me. The room needs a deep cleaning, I could see dry soda or something on parts of the wall, towels were stained and no blow dryer or iron. The sink is weird. Sink made a mess.
