Housekeeping did not clean our room after our first night when we had been gone since the early morning. Housekeeping is also not very good at detailing the rooms. There was debris in the corners and small mites in the shower. Also $17 a day for parking is ridiculous. Especially when the parking lot is filthy and homeless individuals are lurking around the cars. $5 for a nestle bottle of water is also out of line.

this is the second time I have stood here and both times. was not cleaned right thankfully I take my cleaning supplies. the bathroom door needs to be replaced room 603 makes ugly nose. wakes you up at night if someone has to use the restroom. sofa bed is so uncomfortable and squeaky

Hotel site supervisor very rude, discriminatory, non sympathetic.
Negatives:
Falsely accused of disrespect towards the property agents. The property does not have cameras or the cameras don’t work but my guests and I were still secretly recorded from a phone from the parking lot to our room balcony. Barged into my room at 12 AM and was Evicted from property with no legitimate reason. Site supervisor claimed employees statements matter more than their customers. Horrendous.
