Was looking forward to indoor pool. Unfortunately, the water was very cold in December. We were surprised to find there was no jacuzzi in such a new, high priced hotel. We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights and another for 1 night. Neither rooms received any service the entire stay. We had to bag up the trash and take it to the housekeeping cart. We had to go to the housekeeping cart to request towels. We had to get toilet paper from the reception desk for both rooms. No one ever came to pick up our dirty towels. No one from housekeeping contacted either room from 3 night stay. The breakfast had a good variety of food. Had we known the pool was not heated in December and with no jacuzzi, we would have stayed elsewhere. Ive found, since, other nice hotels, not as costly, with jacuzzis, although their outdoor pools would have been cold. There is an appearance of a heated pool that is indoor. Relaxation in a nice, warm jacuzzi would have been great for relaxation.
