Close to airport.
Negatives:
They don’t have a luggage room delivery service you need to help yourself with airport style luggage carriers. Buffet breakfast was very poor and they don’t dry out the dishes you are supposed to use for the buffet. So we had to walk to Starbucks 2 blocks away. The concierge guys did an amazing job and they did their best to help us out even if they were understaffed (that’s everything I liked and appreciated about the stay)
The shuttle service for the airport was not free as stated and the driver Hector was the worst ever with the rudest attitude. He complained about the fact that we had a lot of luggages and that they were too heavy so I helped him out. Then he dropped us off super far away from terminal B LAX entrance doors I had to beg him to get closer but he said he was not allowed (no traffic at LAX that day and I saw 2 other shuttle vans stopping right in front of the entrance…). I ended up bringing 2 strollers and 7 luggages with my wife for more than 200m until we reach the check-in area.

1. The city view in our room. It was underwhelming. 2. Our room had a few issues. The phone cord was damaged, one of our lights didn’t work. 3. I wish there were more coffee cups.
