Positives: Large comfortable beds, clean room. The airport shuttle service is an absolute treasure. Paid exactly what we expected. No hidden surprises at all. Diners and shops in walking distance, good public transportation.

Negatives: room not clean, hairs in the bathroom, and more than everything my 11 years old while going into the shower almost lost his foot because of the handle shower fall suddenly on the ceramic, we had to wait one hour for a technician coming, after he fixed it we never had a cleaning in the shower, which was even dirtier after the work has been done, the hotel was supposed to refund the night and after 2 weeks still no refund, just unacceptable
