Positives: Nothing.. the worst example of a supervisor .. as I was explaining about the incorrect charges on my bank statement she proceeds to be very condescending and I was accused of smoking in a room I DID NOT SMOKE IN!
Negatives: FUMIGATE YOUR ROOMS! I killed 3 spiders and found one in the bed .. also after you receive the complaint SEND HOUSEKEEPING.. offer something other than comp parking ..

Positives: Location was easy to find and quiet.
Negatives: Staff at the check in counter need to learn customer service. They acted put out with just simple questions. I travel to Los Angeles several times a year and a Hilton honors member, the staff and hotel did not come close to Hilton standards.

Positives: It was very quiet being in an industrial parkoff of two main streets in El Segundo. Convenient to all the South Bay.
Negatives: Didnt like the small parking lot that gets full very quickly, then you have to use the parking structure that they share with Mattel corp. next door. Also the night parking charge. Also the toilet sits way to low, great for kids, not adults.
