- hotel staff are overall friendly except for the one incident I had
- free breakfast with a good selection of meal
- rooms are spacious and clean, beds are pretty comfy
Negatives:
- no airport shuttle, uber/lyft ride costs ~ $20 for a short 5 min one-way trip if you don't have a car
- check-in staff Richard signed me up for Hilton Honors membership that I never asked for. When I mentioned that I did not have membership, they asked me to provide my contact info, which I thought was ONLY for check-in purpose, however, I then received an email the next day regarding my membership. This came as a surprise to me since I never gave any forms of consent for they to do that. I think what they did was very unprofessional for such a big hotel brand like Hilton. I don't feel safe about my personal information staying with them.

Clean, modern and spacious.
Negatives:
The food options were basic.
Staff were hot and cold. Some were excellent and others were just plain rude. It was a shame because the rudeness of the poor staff just steals away from the other staff and ruins the experience of the stay!

The location for the itinerary we had was good, and being close to the airport was a benefit. Also liked that not just anyone can get above the ground floor without a key card!
Negatives:
The breakfast was less than desirable most days for us, the first day we didn’t even get coffee as they were out. With the price you pay for the hotel, you’d think they could splurge for better breakfast. Also, pictures are deceiving with the pool. It’s tiny compared to how big the pictures made it look, and when you have tall kids that were excited, it is a let down on all accounts.
