Overall good location, secure , rooms were clean and stocked.

We had a incident while we’re out , I received a phone call that the staff entered our room and searched our luggage to confirm who was occupying it . Completely unprofessional and I felt a HUGE violation of privacy. Upon returning that evening at 1am our key did not work to enter ( another inconvenience) .
I spoke with the general manager Janis and she completely handled the situation promptly and professionally.
Overall the hotel was good besides that situation.
