Negatives:
We asked for a late check out via email in advance, which was accepted by the hotel. On our arrival I asked again for the late check out and handed Over my Credit card to pay. The next day we were disturbed at the hotel room at 12am. to check out. We explaned the situation and 20 minutes later the phone rang in the room and we were again asked to check out. The whole thing was really disturbing because we had a little toddler with us who was trying to sleep. Unfortunately she woke up because of all the noise. We had to pay 80 Dollars for 2 additional hours in the hotel room of those we were disturbed twice. No apology or discount. Bad communication!
