Unacceptable experience . Rude and disrespectful staff , dirty hotel rooms

Amenities incorrectly listed. There is no restaurant. There is not a 24 shuttle. The description is for a different hotel with almost the same name nearby and this should be corrected. I was disappointed because it didnt have what I needed.
Positives:
The lobby was great. Shuttle was fairly punctual (give yourself 1/2 hr leeway). Staff were friendly and helpful. Grounds were well kept overall. Room was nicely allocated and space was used well. Bed / towels comfortable. Patio was nice. Would stay again.
Negatives:
Some areas would need addressing but not too big of a deal - bathtub clogged (fixed promptly), some mould in wet areas, and laundry room could use more machines. Location a bit far from DTLA but local transportation was quite easy to get to.
Positives:
Room was located close to the door and elevator. Close to beaches, shopping and food. Easy access to freeway.
Negatives:
I did not like that they do not service your room during your stay. I requested service 2 days in a row. They finally serviced my room once I talked to district manager the day before I checked out.
