After Wednesday, Oct 23rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 23, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. The cleanliness of the property was well below standard. The walls and carpeting throughout the hotel were visibly dirty, and to my dismay, I found roaches in the bathroom upon returning to my room. This level of sanitation is completely unacceptable. In addition to the cleanliness issues, there was a billing problem. Upon arrival, I was charged again for my stay because the card on file through Booking.com was reportedly declined, even though the payment had already been processed. This resulted in a double charge, and I will be disputing this with Booking.com. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
