Positives: Only thing good was location

Negatives: Entered room seemed very dirty, Im a understanding guy but I draw the line when roaches were crawling on me tried to get a different room they could not help due to reservation third party. Had to pay for extra nights due to my home not being ready.

Positives: The hotel lobby was clean.

Negatives: The room seemed older. Not too bad but could use a good update. The thin blanket was the only blanket in the room and it smelled clean but had fainted black stains on it. At 7:00am the fire alarm went off intermittently. Wrong wake up call.

Positives: location and the staff

Negatives: The tenants, the lack of a real breakfast even though the claim to serve one, and it seems quite rundown and full of homeless and adddicts

Positives: Nothing. It was horrible. The hallways smelled like a smokey, mildew infested casino. Our room had a broken sink with standing water in it, a leaking shower faucet and the laminate floor was sticky like the floor of a movie theater.

Negatives: We were moved to another room, but in this one the toilet would not flush and there were cockroaches running around on the vanity. After one night, we asked to be refunded for the three additional nights we had booked and moved to a much nicer hotel.

Positives: The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is right next to a target and a Home Depot. Being in the trades it was perfect.

Negatives: They advertise there kitchenette on the website but my stove didn't work. Wasted $18 on a steak I couldn't cook.
