The employee that checked me in was Rude and disrespectful. I come here a lot and everyone else is so nice but not today. She seemed bothered to be there and had a nasty attitude.

I waited to write this review until I wasnt as bad . Our car got broken into in the parking lot. When the police came to write the report. They said it happens A LOT HERE. If this is the case security should be kept outside, wondering around the block to protect their customers cars etcIt is absolutely ridiculous that this stay has costed me crazy amount of money still charged me for the room ???
I think of this place needs to protect their customers better !!!
That being said the staff are great people I do feel bad for them, but management needs to fix this problem.

Great location for us to travel in to San Francisco. The 2 male members of staff at check in were a credit to your company, they were cheerful and asked us questions about where wed been and going on to and gave us great advice.
Negatives:
The breakfast wasnt great, no sausage, burnt bacon.. it wasnt the best Im afraid.

They gave us a bigger room than we reserved and it was so comfortable and spacious for our family. They offered free snacks and sodas in the evening, and the free breakfast in the morning had so many options. The beds were very nice and it was clean.
