Positives:
SureStay by Best Western is currently going through a complete renovation and there is yellow caution tape everywhere. Loose gravel throughout the parking lot. The pictures of the hotel posted on booking.com are not an accurate representation of the hotel in its current state.
Negatives:
Booking.com and SureStay Hotel are engaging in false advertisements. The current condition of the hotel is in complete disarray. There was construction scaffolding at several areas on the property.

The location was in a nice area, local restaurants within walking distance, also stores. :)

I didn't like the location of the office, reason being there is no signage or directionals, since it's in the back of the facility it was a bit hard to find :(, also the smell of the room it smelled like old smoke. I went to the office and asked for spray, or a deodorizer and they were very helpful. I was awakened by some loud banging on the door from a room nearby, and I understand you can't control all the guest, but it was a bit startling :(

It was a good location and an interesting building structure and style. The beds were comfortable.

A lot of signs of tear and wear, for example damaged bathroom door, also by humidty, bathroom tap hanging out of the wall, door not fitting properly (wide crack), some people hanging outside smoking weed.
