The hotel was beautifully decorated, we loved the cozy lodge feel! The on-site bar and restaurant was a definite favourite of ours, perfect after a days hiking to come back to, as well as the pool area! The hotel really does have everything you could need, we stayed for 4 nights but could have easily stayed for longer!

Positives:
The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The toiletries were high quality. The main foyer was a great place to hangout with live music on Friday nights. Although it was situated outside of the national park, it was still convenient to get to by car.
Negatives:
The food at Jackalopes (their on-site restaurant) was good quality however, the process to get table service if you wanted a seat at the bar area was very unclear and seemed to confuse a lot of people including us. There needs to be cleared instruction at the front desk. While the waiting staff were courteous, once they noticed we were there, we found the general manager unhelpful during the process of trying to get ourselves seated and served.
