Dirty, ugly, didn't like it
Positives:
Was unable to stay due to unsanitary conditions. There were dead bugs on the floor and in the bed. Took photos and approached the front desk, was given a business card to contact guest services, contacted them twice and never received.a return call. I was charged $250 for a dirty, filthy, unsanitary room, and was unable to even stay. I wasted gas from 5 and a 1/2 hours away to drive there, and had to return home same day due to it being a holiday weekend and no local availability. I deserve a refund, and have given reviews on social media including the pictures I took.

Was so dirty, we didn't even stay. Drove 5 hrs and had to turn around the room was so bad. Very disappointed.

Big, spacious room, nice staff, great shower, handy location, plenty of parking. Morning coffee in reception. Lots of storage & shelving in room for stowing goods.

No hairdryer, no elevator, no plug in hand basin. All minor issues.

When we first got there, we found out the pool and hot tub were unavailable because of some need for an inspection and was still charged the full amount. The stairs to our room was destroyed and taped up so you have to go use a different stair case down the way. We got a no smoking room and it smelled like thick smoke. We found hair in the bed and brown spots on the pillow cases immediately. We decided we could not stay, so we asked for a refund only 20 minutes after arriving and paying, they insisted they could not refund us and so we left to another motel and made sure to warn other people who asked us why we were leaving so soon. No one should have to pay for this quality of service, they should be shut down. It was after we left when we found out from others who have stayed in the past, that they also have bed bugs! Glad we left, don't risk it!

How close it was to the coastal view.
Negatives:
There were bugs all over the room, in the bathroom in the storage areas, in the shower, and in the beds.
The bugs were red with wings on them, which we looked them up and might have been termites.
