They told me I could check out at 2 and I had my baby asleep they knocked on my door @ 11 & told me I had to leave or buy another room so I paid for another room just to leave at 2pm!!! Im from washington & it was the worst experience ever!

I like that the front lobby helper was very nice and professional.
Negatives:
I dont like how my king suite deluxe the carpet smell very bad. The room itself smells bad and when the A/C is turn on the room smell like dirt. I didnt have a good sleep because on the 3rd floor above me they had a dog that run and bark all night. The train track was a bother for sure. I always booked with Hampton and Im a Hampton Hilton honor and this location by far is one I will not come back too.
