The breakfast was good, with buffet-style service of scrambled eggs and sausages, and two of those clever waffle-maker appliances. There was also a good selection of cereals, yogurt, and other breakfast items.
Negatives:
The carpet hadn't been cleaned in ages. I used a bath mat to mop up a spill, and it came up black. The bathroom floor was also dirty. Otherwise I didn't notice anything unusual.

Not the nicest La Quinta...

It was close to the convention center.
Negatives:
I stayed in the room number 146 and one of the beds had a very strong smell of urine. I had to sleep with my daughter on the other bed because it was so strong.
In the morning I wanted to talk to the manager and the lady in the front desk told me she was busy. I hope they change the bed.
