The first day we had hot water the next day we had to take a shower in cold water. The hotel was cleanish. Overall, having to shower in cold water ruined the experience.

We were told from a previous stay we would get complimentary breakfast buffet for our next stay and when i asked for it they said they had no clue what i was talking about, other then that its a good place and we just paid for food not a big deal i just don’t like being lied to.

Air conditioning panel flew off and almost knocked me out. Beds were so uncomfortable, the worst hotel bed I ever slept on. Room dated, I would of expected more from a Marriott. Would not stay here again..

Older hotel, outdated room decor and furniture. Sofa bed was broken and went unused. Offer to change rooms at 10pm wasn't a great option. Conditioner bottle was completely empty, which was upsetting since I was mid-shower.
This location was not at all up to Marriott standard.
