Overall, our stay was good. The room and the hotel were clean. Breakfast was great!
Negatives:
The staff that did my check in was horrible and rude. I did not feel welcomed and it felt like I was annoying her for checking in. When I got to the counter she asked for my ID and credit card-- did not say "welcome", or " how may I help you", she did not even ask my name. I even tried to show some grace by asking if they have been busy and she said no, that it was always like this. Now, the staff that helped with check out were nice and helpful and processed a split payment.

When I spent my time here it was the worse, first off when I got there the towels and bedsheets where all dirty had to get new ones. Then I go to lay down and I instantly break out in a bunch of rashes and bumps. As we got back into the bed after taking showers my girlfriend then started to break out all over her arms and back. Will never book here again worse hotel by far!!! DONT BOOK HERE

That nobody told us breakfast was over at 930 am also when I booked it was 40 something dollars cheaper than what I was charged. Not happy about that!!!

2 double suite - good size and comfort.
The morning coffee was just the way I like it.
Fresh made omelette and fried eggs.
Negatives:
Property under renovation. Check-in/checkout crowded.
Flapper in toilet did not seal and the toilet would run every 5 minutes. Reported to front desk 3 times, never resolved (stayed 4 nights).
Only dairy milk at breakfast. Something nondairy for coffee and cold cereal would be better.
Pay for parking.
Bathroom toiletries are pump bottles of liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner only.
Had to go to chaotic front desk for tea bags.
1 of 4 elevators broke on 3rd day of stay. Not repaired when we left. It was the weekend, but the property was quite full, so having 1 less elevator was a big impact..

The tub faucet had water build up and when I was taking a bath I look at the toilet under the rim was black. For the price you pay for the room, everything should've been immaculate. I've stayed at many Embassy Suites and this one wasn't what I expected it to be but I love Embassy Suites
