Positives: Breakfast was convenient but not high quality.
Negatives: Hotel is undergoing major construction. One elevator in use. No lobby. Make-shift check in area. Hotel advertises a large atrium that does not exist. No lounge areas in lobby. Bed has broken down box springs and sagging mattress. Should be replaced. Overall, hotel was dim and depressing.
