Negatives:
In nine days that I was there, I had room service go to my room only twice and the service was very minimal. No clean towels and I always had to take out the trash. Room started smelling like mildew due to dirty towels and food in the trash can. On the second to last night there, I talked to the front desk yet again and they finally put my room down for full service, so my room was clean the night I got there and the night before I checked out.

Positives:
The location is good. I thought I was booking at the Anaheim Convwntion Center location and misbooked at this one. The location was still not too far from Disney. Average of 15 Uber one way.
Negatives:
The place is dirty, food in carpets on hallway floors. The staff is rude, entered our room without requesting and expensive IPods went missing that day. Nothing was done and yet I have them tracked and they are clearly at the property in housekeeping. Breakfast is absolutely unhealthy and lacking in variety. The other place we stayed last year was hands down 100% better. Stay at the Convention Center location.

I loved the area it was in, and how close a lot of places were. I especially loved my suite, and having a kitchenette. That king bed was so comfortable!
Negatives:
I don’t like how you have to pay $25 for parking. I think it’s a bit expensive, but I understand why, and the TV in living room did not work. And this isn’t fully the property’s fault, but I would say that the elevators are a bit slow.
