Negatives: There was no hot water after 10 PM on both nights. Additionally, the reception held two authorization charges for my stay, and despite checking out 10 days ago, a $300 USD charge is still pending on our account.

Positives: The staff was wonderful, they have a Starbucks in the The hotel. Restaurant food was pretty good, and the stuff was extremely quick. I love the fact that they had to pull a little tennis court, basketball court, and games for the kids. A really nice area to sit out side by a fire.

Negatives: The bathroom could have been a little more clear, And there was dust up on top of the bedrest.
