Positives: 90 percent of the time we book here whenever we go to Disneyland and 90 percent of the time, it’s clean, the room aesthetic is nice, the surrounding rooms are quiet. There’s a reason we keep coming back and that is because this place is clean and comfortable and the staff is nice.

Negatives: This is our first time doing the Family suite with the bunk bed. The room even though it was in the north tower does not look like it has been refurbished at all. The ceiling and walls were dingy, the furniture had chips and scratches, the chair upholstery was ripping. Even the the cabinet doors were ajar. When shut. The walls felt thinner that you could hear all the toilet flush in the surrounding rooms. There was an argument both nights we stayed in the hallway, which made it really hard to keep the children asleep.
