Negatives: The design of the building means you can hear lots of loud noise from the bar & restaurant, it echoes up through the atrium. There are signs up to say no noise after 10pm, but when you call down to ask for noise to be stopped you are told “the bar & restaurant close at midnight, we have a conference in, there’s nothing we can do!”. When we checked in we were sent to our rooms even though the staff were aware there was a violent incident happening in the next door room, as they had already called the police to the man, who hadn’t yet arrived. Putting us in a dangerous & unsafe situation, they should have kept us in the lobby until police were there. We called down as soon as we got to our room as we could hear the attack happening & were told they knew & were waiting for the police. The man continued in the hallway outside our room. It was the most dreadful lack of customer care & service I have ever experienced.

Negatives: I didn’t like that they didn’t mention parking fee. Felt like a hidden fee.

Negatives: keycards getting rebooted on Monday without notice. My friend with another room got the same thing. We said good bye and went separate ways in the corridor, ended up meeting back down stairs because both our keycards don't work.
