Positives: Its pretty and the staff was very pleasant. They tried to be helpful. The Hyatt corporation has things to fix to stay 4 star. My visit was not 4 star. Being able to text the hotel to get things fixed was great. The response was very good.

Positives: Its clean. There is a bar and a restaurant which is nice.

Negatives: You can hear a lot of hall noise and I was kept up all night by what sounded like a barking dog, but I think it was something mechanical, like the elevator or something.
