Negatives: The hotel did not have the room available. The front desk manager lied about mistake in the reservation, even though it was clear that the hotel was overbooked. They even have audacity to propose me a single bed room for 4 people. There was another guest with the same exact problem who used different service for reservation. I had to move to another hotel, and Hilton Garden Inn still charged me the full reservation price.

Positives: The location was good for the reason we were there. The gym was good. The pool looked nice, although we didn't get a chance to try it out. The room was comfortable and had a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. The food workers were all helpful and friendly. The lady at checkout was professional.
Negatives: Breakfast was advertised as $15. but the bill that was emailed to me charged $47, for breakfast for two (only ate there one day).
