We asked for a room to accommodate for 3-4 people and was only assigned to a 2 people accommodation. The sofa that was for a pull out bed was not even a bed. The maintenance guy said that he has never seen a sofa as this and they should not be in the room. Being said, the hotel made a mistake and does not want to acknowledge . The operations director and the general manager was so unhelpful and very unprofessional. I did not expect this from Embassy Suite and I would rate them as 2-star hotel. Don’t be fooled!

I like their breakfast, they have good selections of food. Also the location. Its only 15mins drive from Universal Studios and 2-5mins drive from Glendale Mall.
Negatives:
The rooms are smelly and dirty. The windows are dusty. The swimming pool is dirty as
well. Internet is $9.95/day.
