The place is well located and easily accessible

The breakfast was included. However, the spread was not adequate. Being a Sunday, the breakfast spread was not as per expectation it was rather less than the other normal days. When I asked the staff the reason given was the deliveries did not come. This was a very unimpressive reason I've ever heard. Every hotel has an inventory in-house and wasn't expecting this from a hotel like Hyatt.

The hotel was beautiful and clean, but the disrespect towards the customer ruined our experience.
Negatives:
I was very dissatisfied with this hotel, we paid for a room for five people and received a room for 3 people, I went to the front desk and asked, they changed it to a room for 4 people, saying they were full and there was nothing to do, and now To top it off, it came with an extra charge on the card, it should have been a refund and not an extra charge.
