It was very good. It was started on time and had a variety of items to choose from . I enjoyed he breakfast .
You might consider using a waiter or waitress to serve the guest.
Negatives:
The front desk was a little disorganized when it came to handling my bags. That's all. Every thing was well done.
I will more than likely stay at this Hyatt when ever in Glendale again.

My stay was short but...
Positives:
The location was near perfect. It's a 5 min walk to the massive Galleria mall and across the road from a CVS which has the essentials. Easy walking to buses which we took frequently (LA public transport on the other hand, awful). Very safe area. The hotel was nice, great staff. We asked if there was a microwave we could use and within 5 mins one was brought up to our room. Everything was clean, comfortable beds, very spacious. Breakfast was nice, not a lot of hot food but it was fine (usually a rotation of canadian bacon, breakfast potatoes, hash browns, French toast sticks, waffles, and scrambled eggs). Lots of other cold food and breads available.
Negatives:
The valet need to learn the word 'no'. We got out of our uber and they were immediately at us to get us out and get out bags. I understand they wanted a tip but I am capable of getting out and handling my own bags. I said 'no, I'll do it' multiple times and they kept grabbing my stuff which was inappropriate.
My room was also very noisy. It was a corner room and I got a lot of traffic noise from two very busy streets. I was also right next to the stairwell which people used throughout the night, slamming the door each time. Definitely not a soundproof hotel.
