It was clean, quiet, plenty of parking lots of amenities for guests, breakfast and a small store for snacks and such. I highly recommend staying here. We came from a different location that was filthy and I was so happy with this stay.

Customer service was horrendous. Had an issue with the reservation and they did not honor the price. The person in charge supposedly 13 years of experience did not solve or fix it. They do not want your business just go to the next hotel.

Condescending, Atrocious customer service

The bed was very comfortable. The shower nice and hot and I loved the big television
Negatives:
Thermostat did not work. It was very uncomfortable at times Dirty water remained in the bottom of the ice machine. Dry cereal and milk in containers and not individually wrapped.

All together is okey , stairways carpet needs upgrading, elevator needed adjustment to stop vibration at stop( valve) , but main upgrade are the windows kind of noisy at night , oh just remembered I was able to hear rooms next to me until they slept. For the price Ive paid its just Okey .
