Superb
Positives:
Not a super fancy hotel, but it delivered in all the right places. Upon my arrival they had freshly baked chocolate chip cookies!!! And what I really loved is that they had coffee, decaf coffee and hot water for tea available 24 hours!
And fruit too! The free breakfast is exceptional. They had eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, toast, oatmeal, yogurt.
Everything to make a great breakfast!
Negatives:
I can't think of anything I didn't like. Perhaps that it was a bit outdated, but
not to the point where it was in your face obvious. Maybe a bit of a refresh would help!

Negatives:
Had a run in with so called manager ITZA was very rude and demanded that I pay a deposit even though I showed her on my app that it wasn't required. Reported incident to Hilton International HQ. My bed squeaked worse than a field of mice.Room next door spoke very loudly through the paper thin wall even after I complained to the front desk. No sleep was achieved and this really ruined my vacation.

The hotel is close to the airport which is handy. The rooms was quite standard.
Negatives:
Our room was on the 5th floor, which wifi signal was very weak. The water pressure in the shower was also quite bad. We could also hear the room next door which caused some disturbance.
