Positives:
Location was good in relation to BMO arena. The room was spacious and the in room amenities were good. The refrigerator was clean and the necessary kitchen gadgets and accessories were readily available.The continental breakfast was absolutely FANTASTIC. Please keep that breakfast!
Negatives:
The couch in the room had some very questionable stains. The carpet was pretty dirty and we only realized this after walking on it and then stepping on the damp shower towel in the bathroom which left a dirty footprint. The desk chair was very worn and appeared to have a few holes that were intentionally made by a previous guest or guests' kid.

The staff were very nice and my husband and I really enjoyed the location and had a wonderful time. We were able to travel to different stores or restaurants and they were fairly close so we didn't have to go too far away. We would definitely stay here again!!!!

There was a pretty big gob of hair on the glasses in the cabinet. A ton of dust on the headboard that obviously had not been cleaned in a LONG time, along with a used qtip. The couch cushions had SO.MANY.STAINS. The pullout was obviously broken trying to pull it out. While my son laid down in it for about 15-20 minutes, he was saying how he felt so itchy in different spots. Turned out to be the spiders in the bed. We had to change rooms at that point it was so ridiculous
