Positives: Easy check in, local to many restaurants, convenience.
Negatives: A/C broke in our room we alerted guest services around 8pm. They advised a tech would be sent up. We advised we’d be leaving the property for a couple hours to which they advised would be ok and they would check out the unit within that time. We returned around 11pm. No one still had not been up to check to a/c unit, I talked to guest services for a third time to which they advised they’d send up the tech. Another 45mins went by with still no tech . Called for a 4th time as it was uncomfortably hot requesting to change rooms if no one was to come up because we had early plans for an amusement park the next day. A tech finally arrived saying the unit couldn’t be fixed. Guest services contacted us advising they had no other availability at this point and would need to move us to the courtyard property. We were not moved until about 12:30am, into a much smaller room, twin pull out couch for my child, no kitchen, no fridge to which I originally booked a king bed with a large pull out couch, full kitchen/amenities. We were denied complimentary breakfast at the townsuites side because we were moved to the courtyard property(not by choice) until we complained and requested to be moved back to the same style room originally booked. We had to tag and leave all bags with front desk until a room was available later in the day. Which was later rectified, however, the first night was a great inconvenience to our night, and disrupted our plans for the next day which could of been avoided had we had been attended to when originally contacting guest services. I understand things can be busy but having to contact guest services over 4-5 times about the issue until resolved almost 5 hours later just to be put in a smaller room is unacceptable. We then were requested an additional deposit to be put down when moved back which made no sense since our original deposit was still held.

Positives: Big and lobby area was clean
Negatives: Room, needs updating. Stains throughout. Pull out sofa was the worst. You could literally feel through the paper thin mattress. Front desk that checked us out could had done more than sorry since one of the members In our party had to move to the floor in the middle of the night because of how uncomfortable that bed was.
