The location was great.

It wasn’t as clean as we expected. And the beds were not comfortable at all. The staff was not great at check in . First we were told we didn’t have a reservation when we clearly did and then didn’t direct us toward where to go to find out room from the outdoor entrence. The lobby being on construction was a big down fall too because it’s so complicated to get around and to get an Uber .

Several items were not satisfactory. Telephone did not work, not enough towels for the shower and there was no bath mat for the shower. But these problems were promptly addressed and corrected. We do recommend that a safety rail should be installed for the shower.

Accommodated perfect for my mom's difficulty with tubs the bathroom was exceptional in size with walk-in shower with seat and on the first floor. Front desk Staff was very help at our check in. And as we learned as we get Mom settled I had to use the restroom but with one twist and pull the knob to the restroom was now in my hand.
