Negatives: Noisy surroundings. Loud guests late at night.

Negatives: The only thing I didn’t like was that the WiFi didn’t work.

Negatives: I didn't get no room service. I stayed there for 2 days I went to go ask if I was going to get room service they told me they had knoxked at my door and that I said I tokd them i didnt want no roo. Service but I left my room at 630 in the morning so how did I refuse my room getting clean if I was not there. They should do their job and clean the room ir give clean towels

Negatives: When I checked in the room I got had a funny smell like it hadnt been cleaned good or sanitized so they switched me to another room then that 2nd room they switched me to had roaches and ants so when I called the front desk to complain and asked to be moved to another floor cause obviously the 3rd floor was nasty cause thats was where both rooms were located they told me it would cost me extra I refused to pay extra because they had roaches smh on top of that the stairs railing was nasty and sticky
