Staff treated me horribly, they have drug addicts and prostitution going on there but don’t allow a single mother to extend her stay, after it was paid for and called the cops to get them out even after it was already paid and lied and said it was cause the payment was reversed.. horrible customer service

Elevator smelled like an ash tray. I had booked a non-smoking room it wasn't nice to have to use that Elevator.
