Positives: Great pool area with nice drinks and food, staff at the pool were really friendly. Rooms were comfy and large, great light and nice views.

Negatives: The rooms and hallways smelt a little musty. It was very clean but I don't know if it just needs airing or even some new carpets. I can't explain it because all in all it felt clean and pleasant but just on first arrival and returning to the hotel after a day out, we noticed the same musty smell. But that's nitpicking because overall it was really nice.

Negatives: Breakfast organisation - poor. You have to wait for the table, because all tables were occupied. There was no buffet, so ordering food took forever. We have asked valet parking person to prepare our car in advance as we were leaving at night, but he didn't fulfil our request unfortunately.

Positives: Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Their customer service was great.

Negatives: Parking prices were ridiculous. $70 a day was too much. Staff at the restaurant were not as good as the hotel. They may need some further training. I had a lot of issues with the television in the room.. It took a couple of days to get it resolved but I am glad they finally did.

Positives: The location, the hotel and the staff are all great. Really enjoyed the pool and the cocktails on the roof, the breakfast is great too. Staff was always very friendly and mostly very helpful

Negatives: Asked for a wake up call on my last day as I had a plane to catch early in the morning and they never called. It is not a big deal, as I woke up anyways, but still. Shower pressure could be stronger. Washing your hair if it's long is a bit painful process, have to playbaround with the different patterns of the showerhead.
