Great location!
Positives:
The property was super close to the TCL Chinese Theater, Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum, more entertainment, shopping, and food. We also enjoyed a great onsite bar, delicious restaurant, and our kids absolutely loved the heated pool!
We had an amazing experience with the woman (I tried to catch her name but couldn’t!) at the front desk that checked us in. She was friendly, experienced, and informative. We got upgraded to rooms with views of the Hollywood sign, to our kids’ delight, and it made the trip that much more special.

Staff was very attentive and friendly. Our room was clean as well as comfortable.

The only issue was I was told by Mercedes when we checked in to make sure I signed into the premium Wi-Fi service as it was included in our prepaid room charge that was already paid for and I was charged anyway.
