Exceptional
Positives:
The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The hotel is located in a convenient part of Hollywood, which made it easy to get around both on foot and using ride share/taxi. It also felt very safe and secure.
Negatives:
The room could use some deep cleaning. There was a persistent smell of old cigarettes or something like that which made it hard to feel comfortable.

The staff at this Loews were 10/10 amazing.
The rooms were phenomenal and huge in size (plus the beds were super comfy) and the location was also convenient being so close to Hollywood Blvd.
We were travelling with our toddler and not once did we feel unsafe, especially walking at night.
Would definitely recommend and would 100% stay here again. Such a comfortable stay.
