Room was clean and the a/c worked well to keep us comfortable.
Negatives:
Not really the motels fault, but visitors should be aware the area in general has a significant number of houseless people. This is part of the Hollywood experience so be prepared for the smell of urine on every sidewalk and seeing people passed out due to drug use pretty much everywhere.
