Your receiving desk clerk needs some training in customer service. She continued sitting and on her cell phone as she put papers up on the counter for me to sign. Then followed our room cards. My attempt to gain her attention was awkward. TV didn't work.
Positives:
Large room well payed out for the kitchen area. Actually a kitchen area instead of a microwave over a refrigerator. Having a sofa and a desk was nice too.
Negatives:
A very bad situation was the sheets. The fitted sheet wasnt large enough to be able to tuck in at the head of the bed so the sheet and the bed pad on both sides came loose almost immediately. This must be terrible for the cleaning staff, too. I think they just give up, because it wasnt right to begin with.

Except for the sheet situation, very nice. We didnt use the pool, but that area was well kept and the hot tub was hot.

Room is roomy and clean.
Negatives:
The water pressure in the shower goes high and low. This is our 2nd stay 2 weeks apart we supposed to have breakfast and disappointed coz they have not fixed the pancake maker. We asked the front desk when we checked in she knew about it she said it's already fixed but when we went to have breakfast it's not fixed.

Room is big, bed comfy. Staff at check-in kind and attentive. Parking is good
Negatives:
Breakfast is a scam! The only things served are two types of cereal, coffee and juice from a machine, yogurt. There should also be a pancake maker, but it had a cartel saying out of order. No bread nor jelly or peanut butter, sweet or sourdough besides the above. When I went to the reception the guy at the desk just confirmed they had nothing besides the above. The location is terrible, plenty of homeless people. For the price being paid, it is just too low as an experience.
