Not being able to sleep...

No hot water drug addicts every where .none of the plugs in room worked no pool towels and cockroaches in bathroom.i saw a man bathing in in pool.with soap scrubbing his feet I swam in that water now I'm deathly ill .

Found broken pipe glass on floor,candy wrappers under the bed,still no hot water,they are remodeling so at break of dawn they are using saws and hammers.the fan in my room was so loud I couldn't even hear the tv

Trains passing by every 20 minutes, day and night. Many homeless lurking around and prostitutes just around the corner, definitely not recommended for families with kids.

The location. The nice hotel staff.
Negatives:
My phone was broken in my room. My smoke alarm didn't work. There was no hot water for most of the time. Only later in the evenings. My room card kept not working. A chair was taken from my room without asking me. There was drug dealers in the parking lot that followed me and harassed me. Asking me if I wanted to buy different drugs or do them with them. Myself and a person I was with were almost attacked by 3 dogs off leash from another motel client, a few rooms down. I was scared after that to go in and out of my room.

One of the AM staff had told my brother that she doesn’t want us to be going up and down from the hotel, my work comes first than anything specially if I’m working for the state. Didn’t appreciate her comment at all. Next door guests were arguing and fighting next to our door
