Positives:
We checked in for 2 nights, took our stuff to the room 322. Next day we went shopping, came back, keys did not work. Went to desk, they told us we had to move rooms for construction. Moved all our stuff to new room 222, the A/C did not work. Called desk,

they sent repair man, he said couldn't fix it, Desk said move all your stuff back to 322. Then repair guy fixed A/C & we stayed in 222. Why would they put us in a room for 2 nights, knowing we would have to move?

Location close to our event. Staff was friendly. Room and grounds were adequate for star rating. Price was competitive.

Room door was in slight disrepair. Please privacy latch was missing. No ice machine close to room or in the wing we were in.

There was so much wrong. For one- they weee renovating and heye was dust and debris everywhere. The rooms were dirty and the noise was unbearable. I was shocked that for $---this hotel was horrendous. It didnt feel safe at all. We left asap.

Party outside room until 1:13 when I called front desk. Security responded immediately but security shouldnt have allowed party on stairwell at all.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable but the wall paper was peeling in several places and needs replaced .

Great location next to casino. Great shower and bath tub. Nice towels. Breakfast served in breakfast area was good and kept clean.

Close to the Expressway, comfortable bed, nice size room, nice breakfast.
Negatives:
There was trash in the pool area in the am, no towels, then someone brought towels and didn't clean up the beer cans and cigarette cartons from the night before. A group of 7-8 younger guest were at the pool Friday am smoking dope and talking very loud, hard to sit and relax in the jacuzzi.

Room security was not intact. The deadbolt didnt work. Flip bolt missing parts/non-functioning. Many multiple tries required for key to allow entry. Extreme frustration topped with some fear due to lack of security. Bummer.
