I didn’t like that they changed my security card on the second day and I waited 30 min till staff arrived in the front office. I didn’t like that booking charged me the reservation fee and so did the hotel. I had to dispute the double charge.

The breakfast was ok. However, we arrived during an extreme heat wave incl. sand storm and the a/c just did not manage to cool down the room over the night (it must have been approx 110 Fahrenheit outside at night).

Hotel was dirty sheets were stained it was very rundown with hanging drywall off the ceilings bathtub was rusted the shower handle did not work so it was cold all the time and we paid the price for a 5star hotel Im very disappointed

The wonderful staff, the spacious room and the location! The hotel staff were the nicest we’ve met and especially accommodating going the extra mile to ensure we were hydrated in the extreme heat, even providing us a gallon bottle of water at no extra cost as we couldn’t make it to the supermarket in time.
The breakfast options were vast and it was nice to be greeted by warm welcomes from management in the morning.
The room was huge, the bed super comfortable and the desk space was just what I needed to get some work done. The bathroom was decent, very clean and the shower was very powerful. The location was perfect - we were visiting for the Coachella music festival and we were so close to where the Lyft cost was literally $13 to reach there! Without a doubt we will be coming back here next year and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting and looking for a hotel within a modest budget.

Beds and pillows very comfortable. Cute and quaint hotel. Pool is very nice and clean. Staff was so friendly. Do not believe all the negative reviews our stay was very pleasant. Would go back.
