Booking.com listing showed a free, 24 hour shuttle from LAX--which is why I booked. After arriving at LAX I called for a shuttle and was told they don't have a shuttle. Even after several requests (from me and from Booking.com), the hotel refused to refund the stay.

While I booked it with the option “pay at the property” and sent a note in advance confirming it would be fine for me to arrive by 11pm, they just cancelled my booking and I got lost in LA at midnight as a homeless. The people at the desk made nothing to help, not even offer the WiFi and facilities (which another full booked hotel in the same block made for me, even calling other hotels). Would never book again.
